The attractive curves of the hull are designed to deflect the waves and rise over them; there are few house boats that can truly be used in this manner. 

The fiberglass hull appears to be in very good condition. There is a bedroom under the covered central helm station, a bathroom with shower, a good sized living room/kitchen area and a grand upper deck for lounging. Some of the glass in the windows needs to be replaced. The bathroom needs a sink and porta-potty.
